Last week we were in France, to find our friends so I took the 'opportunity to ask the recipe:
1 cucumber 1 onion
(soaked in a cup of 'water an' hours to make it more digestible)
cherry tomatoes into wedges
peppers (yellow, red, green, cut into small cubes)
mint leaves, lemon, extra virgin olive oil.
Mix wheat for tabouli in boiling salted water and let swell for 2 minutes, add all ingredients, season with olive oil and lemon juice and let stand a couple of 'hours in the fridge ......
