What Software Does Terkoiz

This recipe I found in a very interesting book with lots of recipes on how to reuse leftovers and do not throw anything entitled "Das nichts wegwerfen Kochbuch - Kochen mit Reste - Tipps, Tricks und tolle Rezepten" . The beauty of this is that once you put chicken to marinate (the day before), then you should not do practically anything if you do not couocerlo the oven.

Ingredients: 4 chicken thighs

10 whole cloves of garlic, unpeeled 1 sprig of rosemary

1 tablespoon coarse mustard
200 mg of white wine 3 tablespoons
olive oil 200 g potato

Preparation:
Divide the chicken thighs in half and put them with the garlic and rosemary in a pan (you will use later for cooking as well).
Mix the mustard with white wine, pour it over the chicken and then add the 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Allow to marinate for at least a couple of hours in the refrigerator (if you want you can let it marinate for up to 3 days).

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and mix with the meat. Put it to cook in the oven for approx. 45 minutes. If you have to turn the meat a few times.

pumpkin and potato gratin potatoes

During the last holiday I bought in Austria a couple of cookbooks. One of which is a directory that offers a recipe a day with ingredients (fruits and vegetables) of the season. The book is called "Das Bäuerinnenkochbuch der Jahreszeiten - 365 Rezepte nach dem Erntekalender" Loewenzahn published by the publishing house.

As we are in October as an ingredient could not fail? The pumpkin is combined with the potatoes.

Ingredients (4 people)
750 g pumpkin flesh

2 eggs 3 potatoes (300 g)

2 onions 3 tablespoons milk
a little 'butter
70 g of salt and pepper Parmesan

Preparation
Peel chop the onions. Following peel the potatoes and pumpkin and cut into fairly thin slices.

Sauté onions in a nonstick pan (pretty big) with a little 'butter until they become transparent then add the potatoes and pumpkin and cook for about ten minutes stirring occasionally and seasoning with salt and at the end pepper.

Meanwhile, beat eggs with milk.

Grease a baking dish and pour the vegetables and then the eggs. Finally sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in preheated oven above 200 ° for approx. 30 minutes.

Toungue Thrust Surgery

spring

This recipe I prepared for the first time a weeks ago and I loved it. This is a side dish of vegetables and potatoes combined with wanting that may well become a main dish. The original name of the recipe, taken from the book "Aus und Pfanne Wok system for weight loss Weight Watchers, was" Frülingspfanne "but I have turned into" spring potatoes. "

Ingredients 400 g spinach (I used frozen ones in leaf)

400 g potatoes 1 onion 1 clove garlic

200 g tomatoes 2 teaspoons oil

150 ml vegetable stock ( 1 teaspoon)
1 teaspoon chopped thyme (I used dry) 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

cream 2 tablespoons salt, pepper
1 pinch nutmeg 1 tablespoon pine nuts

Preparation Wash and dry the spinach and cut into strips roughly. If using frozen spinach, thawed, squeeze well and then cut them.
Peel the onion, garlic and potatoes and cut into cubes. Wash tomatoes and cut into wedges.
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion for a couple of minutes. Then add the potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes more.
Pour the broth into the pan and add the spinach and herbs and cook 10-15 minutes (until the potatoes are cooked). Add the tomato slices and cook for another minute. Finally, the cream and season with spices and serve sprinkled with pine nuts.
