But what's difficult to prepare a potato salad? Actually took me a while 'to find the right recipe. I found the salad my mom always too greasy for my taste, while others find recipes contain a lot of mayonnaise. And since I try to minimize things greasy and heavy that I tried this recipe, I never left.


Normally when we prepare the grill in anticipation of guests and we have seen that I only eat at home. At first I seem the sauce is too liquid, but leaving to stand for the time it will be absorbed and will have the right consistency.






Ingredients (serves 4)


  • 1 kg potatoes to pasta soda (preferably of equal size)

Preparation

Wash the potatoes under running water and then boil for about 25 minutes over medium heat until they are cooked.

Drain, peel and cut into slices of each. 5 mm when still hot and put them in a bowl.

Mix in a bowl mustard, vinegar, oil, broth and onion and season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the potatoes (hot) and mix. Let stand at least 1 hour at room temperature before serving add
