But what's difficult to prepare a potato salad? Actually took me a while 'to find the right recipe. I found the salad my mom always too greasy for my taste, while others find recipes contain a lot of mayonnaise. Preparation

Wash the potatoes under running water and then boil for about 25 minutes over medium heat until they are cooked.
