this dish with pasta, meat and vegetables brings a little 'color in the kitchen in these gray days of early autumn.
Ingredients (serves 4)
400 g pasta (I used wholemeal)
salt 300 g green peas (frozen) 400 g carrots
2 colored peppers
2 cuccchiaini olive oil
300 g mince (I used to beef but you can use whatever you prefer)
300 ml tomato juice pepper
1
teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon orange juice 2 tablespoons
dill (if desired)
Preparation Cook pasta al dente in salted water according to package directions and just before the end of cooking, add peas and finish cooking together.
Cut the sliced \u200b\u200bcarrots and peppers into strips.
In a large pot (I used a wok) heat oil and brown the meat and then add the carrots and peppers and cook a couple of minutes. Season with salt, pepper and sugar and add the tomato juice and cook for approx. 15 minutes.
Finally, add the pasta with peas and orange juice, stir well and finally add even the dill and serve.
