This recipe I found in a very interesting book with lots of recipes on how to reuse leftovers and do not throw anything entitled "Das nichts wegwerfen Kochbuch - Kochen mit Reste - Tipps, Tricks und tolle Rezepten" . The beauty of this is that once you put chicken to marinate (the day before), then you should not do practically anything if you do not couocerlo the oven.
Ingredients: 4 chicken thighs
10 whole cloves of garlic, unpeeled 1 sprig of rosemary
1 tablespoon coarse mustard
200 mg of white wine 3 tablespoons
olive oil 200 g potato
Preparation:
Divide the chicken thighs in half and put them with the garlic and rosemary in a pan (you will use later for cooking as well).
Mix the mustard with white wine, pour it over the chicken and then add the 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Allow to marinate for at least a couple of hours in the refrigerator (if you want you can let it marinate for up to 3 days).
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and mix with the meat. Put it to cook in the oven for approx. 45 minutes. If you have to turn the meat a few times.
