Gusto Di Latte Trailer

Pizzoccheri Valtellina home made ....




's other night I was a bit' of organic herbs purchased at the supermarket who were there for them to dry, I take advantage of the temperatures a little 'chilly of evening to make a nice plate of a dish that is typically pizzoccheri winter very hot ..... I mixed the buckwheat flour with a little 'of wheat flour .... water until a consistent paste that does not stick to hands and let stand for half an 'hour. I peeled two potatoes, organic greens washed and put everything into a pot with salted water ...... In the meantime I have spread the dough with a rolling pin, thin enough but not too much because it breaks easily, the 'I rolled up on itself and I cut the noodles. I added the pasta to potatoes and vegetables, I let them cook for 15 minutes in a pan I melted the butter with the sage leaves .... grated Parmesan cheese, and here they are ready .... I just had time to photograph them that have already gone .....
