Television Prices After Super Bowl

quark cake and apricots

Today
day in the kitchen making cakes to bring to the office tomorrow and iron (do not know how many shirts I stretched, but certainly more than 10) .

Where I work when someone goes on vacation usually provides the snack for our colleagues. And now it's up to me as well. In a week on vacation (finally) and saw that this week I pulled with time I decided to bring something good in the office on Monday morning, so we start the week with something sweet.

This recipe has passed me my dear friend Silvia a couple of weeks ago after trying it. He had along with all the recipes to try and I do not know say that the magazine has taken.

is a very quick and simple recipe and apricots can be sosituite with other fruits depending on the season and what you incase.

But enough talk and here's the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 pastry for tarts already leveled

  • 1 egg 250 g quark thin

  • 7 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons flour

  • 1 dl milk

Preparation

Heat oven to 180 degrees and place the dough for tarts in a round baking pan (the I 26 cm in diameter). Prick the bottom and place it in the fridge until you serve it again.

Separate the yolk from the album. In a bowl combine the egg yolks, 6 tablespoons sugar, flour and milk until creamy.

Mount the egg whites until stiff, add a tablespoon of then add remaining sugar and cream, stirring gently.

Now cut the apricots into small cubes.

Spread pasta on the bottom of a layer of cream, sprinkle with the diced fruit and then cover with remaining cream.

Bake in the lower half of oven for 40-45 minutes.
