Spring is coming in the kitchen. This dish is very simple, fast and much more colorful and light. Another advantage to prepare just one nice large pot! I've made with chicken breast but of course you can replace it with some other meat to taste.
Ingredients (1 person, abundant)
160 g chicken breast
3 green onions 1 teaspoon oil 1
pepper 2 carrots
250 g broccoli 200 ml vegetable broth
salt, pepper 2 teaspoons curry
2 tablespoons sour cream Preparation
Cut the chicken into pieces not too large, the spring onions into rings and carrots and bell pepper, diced
