Given the winter temperatures definitely what's better than a nice soup? And if you need to prepare a few cheap ingredients and even better.
The oatmeal is one of those ingredients that I discovered only a couple of years ago, but now I always have at home is to make this great soup for breakfast as well.


Ingredients (2-3 servings) 1 tablespoon butter

5 tablespoons oatmeal
purpose flour 1 tablespoon vegetable broth 1 liter

2 tablespoons cream (I do not put them)


Preparation Melt the butter in a pan and then brown the oatmeal with the flour, stirring to prevent them from attacking. Add broth and stir well to prevent lumps, and simmer for approx. 30 minutes. The more you cook the soup as it becomes creamy and thick.
Add the cream and then serve with chives to taste spoverare
