After a while 'on the run I'm back. It is a time quite a busy but next Sunday is back to normal.
This recipe I found on one of several cookbooks of the Weight Watchers program titled "Back vergnügen" devoted to sweet and savory pies. I must say that I liked pie dough as well as through highly specific for the combination of apples and honey.
Ingredients: 75 g
quark
100 ml milk 3 tablespoons oil (neutral flavor) 1
lost salt
150 g flour 1 / 2 lemon 1 package of yeast
750 g
apples 1 / 2 teaspoon cinnamon
75 g ground hazelnuts 150 g cream 4 teaspoons honey
Preparation: Stir with a whisk
quard with 3 tablespoons of the milk, oil, sugar and salt until mixture is smooth. Mix and sift flour and baking powder and add to above mixture and knead until dough is smooth. Roll out the dough into a cake form Hinge 26 cm in diameter covered with baking paper
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Squeeze the lemon. Peel apples, cut into quarters, cutting the long, however, leaving them joined at the base (must open a bit 'in cooking) and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent blackening (if using a knife with ceramic blade does not tarnish! !). Disporse pressing on the dough a bit 'trying to cover as much as possible. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
nocciale Toast in a pan without adding fat.
mesocolic cream, honey and milk and pour the mixture into empty spaces and apples.
Cook the cake for about 40-45 minutes and serve warm.
