I basmati rice cooked in the fridge that I had absolutely use because I did not want thrown away. So I started sifting through the various magazines around the house and I found this recipe in a magazine about Weight Watchers. And after checking in the fridge to have all the ingredients that were used I decided to prepare for lunch.
The recipe is for one person, but the portion is definitely abbondande and wanting it can do for two people and serve as a side dish of rice and vegetables.
Ingredients

180 g cooked rice (or 60 g uncooked rice)
2 tablespoons tomato paste 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 2
